Excitation Trimming with Durable Environmental Protection
The JB4EP and JB4EPT TuffSeal® Excitation Trim Junction Boxes offer a reliable and efficient solution for summing two to four single load cell outputs in tank and hopper scale applications. These models provide individual cell excitation trim, protected by a conformal-coated PCB and a Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) NEMA Type 4X enclosure, ensuring performance in harsh and corrosive environments.
Each junction box features a PreVent™ breather vent to equalize internal and external pressure and an expansion port for future scale system growth. The spring clamp connectors make installation simple and secure, and the jumpers allow easy enabling/disabling of individual load cells during setup or maintenance.
